A Washington, DC Public Safety and Community Directed Membership Organization. 3D CAC is for Community Growth, Community Connections, and Community Responsibility. We're a non-profit program provider of training and certifications in public safety and social betterment programs. We have been operating fully as an established Public Safety Leadership Organization since 1981. 3D CAC supports the Chief of the Metropolitan Police Department and the 3rd District Washington, DC Metropolitan Police Department as advisors and professional providers of social betterment, public safety, youth and community outreach programs, as well as officer morale initiatives. 3D CAC offers supports through, sponsorship, fundraising, philanthropic funding, proactive preemptive programs, and community engagement activities with meaningful events with the 3rd District Police Department Community and DC Agencies. 3D CAC'S Public Safety practices and services helps to prevent violence by setting focused and strategic enforcement priorities, educational initiatives, ongoing prevention strategies, effective deterrence methods, enforcement collaboration, and legal efforts while measuring the results. 3D CAC's goal is to make our city a safer place for all us to live, work and visit.
